●　Shenzhen Sunxing Chemicals Co., Ltd was established in Luohu, Shenzhen in 1992,     specialized in producing and selling surface treating agent used for Al materials such     as Alkali Etching Agent, Coloring Agent, Sealing Agent.
●　As its rapid development, we demand for better production field, and we transferred     our company to the Xili town, Nanshan district in 1996.
●　We, STA, set up a project to research on Al, Ti, B grain refiner, and produced massive     ones with rare earth, which were used in Al materials processing plant in Nanhai Area,     Guangdong in 1997.
●　With the efforts of our technicians, developing and making breakthrough, we produced     massive Al, Ti, B grain refiner, which is used in Al materials plants and wheel hub     casting processing plants in Nanhai Area, Guangdong in 1998.
●　By using mills in this line of foreign countries for reference and imitating, we     succeeded in developing our first continuous casting and rolling appliance of seven     frame of Y type rolling mill with a ～760㎜² entrance interface of casting, and     produced Al, Ti, B alloy line in coil of shape with a diameter of 9.5mm in 1999.
●　STA obtained the authentication of ISO9001:2000 by Britain BSI certification body in     2000.
●　We set up a project on researches in 2002, about producing raw materials of Boric acid     potassium fluoride potassium titanate and fluorinein, which was put into production in     the following year.
●　The quality of our Al, Ti, B alloy line improved and they were widely used in plants     of Al plates nationwide in 2002.
●　Our technology and quality were confirmed in the line for our excellent performance in     the field of Al grain refiner, and we were entrusted to make up standards in the field     by China Colored Metal Industry Standard Committee in 2003.
●　STA was confirmed as high and new tech enterprise in Shenzhen in 2003.
●　We purchased 35000m2 land in Guangming new District according to the requirement of     production and development, and built modern standard factory buildings, and scaled up     production of Al grain refiner in 2004.
●　STA began to establish first-class and fully westernized lab used for product quality     control and raw material analysis in 2006, and was confirmed by CMA, CNAS Laboratory     Management System to service for ourselves and customers in third party in 2010.
●　STA developed critical appliance of multiple frequency coil electromagnetic induction     furnace for Al grain refiner, which pushed its melting technology to a international     leading position in 2008.
●　STA developed over 10 strong strain of continuous casting and rolling mill production     line of high speed, which pushed its Al grain refiner processing technology to an     international leading position in 2009.
●　STA was confirmed by ISO14001: 2004 Environment Management System, TS16949 Automotive     Supply Chain Management Standard System, and QC080000 Contaminant Management System of     Britain BSI certification body in 2009.
●　STA was confirmed as national high-tech enterprise in 2009.
●　The production of STA reached 25000 ton in 2010, and became the leading producer of Al     grain refiner with largest sale in the world.
●　To improve the industry chain, STA acquired Jiangxi province ruijin continous jiang     hotaru ore, a sub-company supported by STA, and purchased 350 mu land in Quannan Town,     Ganzhou, Jiangxi, and planned to invest 35billions RMB in founding Songyan Melting     Materials (Quannan) Ltd. Co., also a sub-company supported by STA, which mainly works     on expanding projects, developing and producing HF in 2010.
●　STA was hosted with the modification of the first part of Al, Ti, B alloy standard for     Al grain refiner, and the second part of Al, Ti, C alloy standard, as well as the     third part, and took part in making out the standard for Al middle alloy, which is     praised with an award for the best standard by China non-ferrous light standard     committee in 2010.
●　Al, Ti, B(C) developed and produced by STA was confirmed by experts, who agree that     our technology on Al, Ti, B is leading in the world, in China Colored Metal     Industry ,making actual contributions to the development of Al processing industry in     China and even in the world, and in the very same year, STA was awarded First Prize of     China Colored Metal Industry scientific and technological progress in 2010.
●　STA was identified as a high-tech enterprise of key point in The Torch Strategy of     national Science & Technology Department in 2010.
●　In 2011, STA produced, installed, and debugged 3 high speed strong strain of     continuous casting and rolling production line with 10 cantilever type and 1 Y strong     strain of continuous casting and rolling production line of 10 frame at a high speed,     whose production can reach 3000ton per month, and in the very same year, STA is     awarded with Science and Technology Progress Award.
●　STA finished transformation from LLC to Joint Stock Company in 2011.
●　The Workstation for Academicians and the Centre of Al, Mg Engineering Technology,     established by STA, were confirmed by the government in 2011.
●　STA was in charge of projects of National ministry of industry, Science and Technology     Department of Guangdong, and NDRC in 2011.
●　STA obtained more than 38 patents for invention home and abroad in 2012, and also in     the very same year, it was awarded Science & Technology Progress Prize.
●　Ti and Ti alloy project developed by STA proved a success, and stepped into a stable     pilot phase in 2012.
